Dit is het merkteken van De Delftse Pauw (Delftweg 133, Rijswijk), een fabriek die al eeuwen bestaat. Uw vaasje is echter gemaakt in de 20e eeuw.

De redacteur de heer Aronson stelt dat ''De Delftse Pauw'' al eeuwen bestaat, is volkomen onjuist, het bedrijf werd in 1954 opgericht. Hij is in de war met ''De Paauw'' (1651-1774) in Delft, hebben niets met elkaar van doen, groet jvdh.
