Marking is not double JT, but double T = brothers Tichelaar, Makkum, province Friesland in the Netherlands. Is now Royal Tichelaar Makkum, completely hand-painted, enamel painting, the so-called old technique. Age is difficult, possibly after 1910 and before 1965-1970, greeting jvdh.
