De vaas is gemaakt bij Kunstaardewerkfabriek Quo-Vadis, Gouda,  in waarschijnlijk de jaren veertig van de twintigste eeuw. De initialen zijn van de plateelschilder. Over waarde doen we op deze website geen uitspraken.
