A plate with "D.A.S.H Cup 1963. Rotterdam Prize"

Vraag

Did the Procelyne de Fles make prize plates? After researching the D.A.S.H cup 1963 and Rotterdam prize, I can not find any information about why this plate was produced or what the Dash acronym is. I also cannot identify the maker.

As you noticed, this plate was made at DPF in 1963 for a golf match. DPF made (and still makes) such plates to order for all kinds of competitions / festivities. This plate was awarded to the participants as a souvenir instead of a medal. Edition is unknown. Painted by W.ten Hacken, who painted there from 1939 to 1984. This tournament was probably organized by Dash, the wash detergent that was top of the bill at the time.
