The gentleman wearing a manganese tricorn hat with a yellow cockade on his blue-delineated yellow hair, an iron-red-sprigged and blue-dotted coat with manganese cuffs over manganese boots, and modeled with his head slightly cocked to the right, his right hand on his waist and his left holding the reins of the blue- and greenspotted horse on which he is seated above the black rectangular base, its upper edge with a border of yellowwhorls and dashes, and its molded lower edges with a white band and a border of blue stylized ruyi-heads and petal devices.The black underside of the base inscribed 148 in yellow
